We shall be at St Abbs Christmas Shopping Event in the Ebba Centre (old school on the corner of Brierylaw, St Abbs) this coming Saturday 16th November 10.00am - 4.00pm with beers on draught for free sampling; discounted beer and wine kits; brewing accessories etc. and gift vouchers to suit your pocket.
There will be other traders selling unique gifts, crafts, art and fashions and the chance to win a festive hamper.  A great event and an ideal place to do some Christmas shopping.  We look forward to seeing you there!

Autumn 2013

We are pleased to say that many of our customers have apples this year in abundance - what a change from last year! We have several bookings for the electric fruit crusher and manual press so please let us know if you'd like to book them. We have a special offer on grape juice concentrates - see details on this page - so pop in and bag a bargain while stocks last.  We shall be at St Abbs Market this coming Friday  27th September so maybe we shall see you there.

August

We are now taking bookings for the hire of our electric fruit crusher and manual fruit press.  See 'Fruit Crusher & Press Hire' on this page for details.  It looks as if all our fruit wine making customers could be busy this year, as with all the lovely sunny weather this summer there should be plenty of fruit.  We have all the yeasts and extra ingredients as well as demi-johns, 25ltr fermenters, fermenting bins and bottles etc   you may need to produce your own lovely wine, so we look forward to seeing you soon.

June 2013

We had an excellent day at Etal last Sunday for the Homebrew, Food & Craft Fair.  It was very busy with a good 'buzz' and a great mix of stallholders with something for everyone.  All the traders had a good day and there were around 400 visitors who enjoyed the event.  Thank you to everyone who came and we are pleased that the raffle and sale of quiz sheets raised £109 for Coldingham Brownies & Guides funds.

Spring At Last!

Sunshine and blue skies  - it just makes you want to get a wine or beer kit on the go!  We have beer on draught  for free sampling so you can try before you buy.
Congratulations to R. Taylor of Eyemouth who won a Cooper's beer kit in our April competition.
 We are busy organising the Homebrew, Food & Craft Fair at Etal Village Hall on 9th June so keep an eye on our website for more details coming about this event.

April Special

FREE  Beer kits up for grabs!!  Each week for the next 3 weeks the first person to find the "cuckoo in the nest" in our shop at Abbey Park Steading will win the super prize of a Cooper's 1.7kg beer kit.  This competition starts on Saturday 13th April and ends on Saturday 4th May 2013 and there will be one prize per week.

Spring 2013

When will Spring actually arrive?  We shall be at St Abbs Market on Good Friday, 29th March and will have beers on draught so you can try before you buy.  We will also have the Milestone Mini Brewery in a box which includes all brewing equipment and a beer kit to make 40 pints of home-brew for just £79.95 - a real bargain!

Winter Post

In common with all the rest of the country we have SNOW!  However, in a couple of months it will be Spring and we really hope that this year we shall have some sunny weather, and not just a lovely couple of weeks of sunshine like we had in March last year.  To cheer everyone up, and give you something to look forward to, we shall be discounting all our stock of beer kits by 10% from 1st to 28th February 2013.  Come along then and bag a bargain.  We shall look forward to seeing you.
